We are currently expanding across major expat destinations. Check the city selector in the header to see if your city is supported. We are adding new cities regularly.
What services do you offer?
We started with apartment cleaning as our core service. We are actively adding more home service categories including handyman services, moving help, and more.
Booking & Payments
How do I book a helper?
Search for helpers in your area, view their profiles and reviews, then select a date and time that works for you. You can message the helper before confirming to discuss any details.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a booking through your bookings page. Please try to give as much notice as possible to be respectful of the helper's time.
How does payment work?
Payment details are arranged between you and your helper. We are working on integrated secure payments for a seamless experience in future updates.

Are helpers verified?
We encourage all helpers to complete our verification process, which includes identity verification. Verified helpers display a trusted badge on their profile.
How do reviews work?
After each completed booking, both parties can leave a review. Reviews are tied to real bookings so you can trust they reflect genuine experiences.
What if I have an issue with a service?

Sign up through our registration page and select "I want to help." Complete your profile with your skills, experience, and availability to start receiving bookings.
Is there a fee to join as a helper?
Signing up as a helper is free. We want to make it as easy as possible for skilled professionals to connect with expats who need their services.
How do I get more bookings?
Complete your profile, get verified, maintain a high rating, and respond promptly to messages. Helpers with great reviews and complete profiles rank higher in search results.
